Refund Policy
- The Clinic does not provide any refunds. On the initiation of any interaction or of issuance of any medication from the Clinic, the patient shall be liable to pay the full applicable charge. No negotiations on the rates shall be entertained.
- You, the patient, are required to educate yourself regarding the charges applicable to any service (including consultation, video consultation, email-based consultation, medicines, shipping, packaging, customs duty, warehousing and any other charges) before you avail yourself of any of the Clinic’s services.
- The Clinic dispatches its medicines through a third party courier or postal service and is not responsible or liable for any delays, loss or damage to consignments of medicines suffered.
- The Clinic is not responsible for any loss, damage, confiscation, or destruction of medicines by any relevant authority.
- The Clinic will not send medicines or consignments as replacements if the medicines are lost, damaged, confiscated or destroyed during shipping or by relevant authorities.
- The cost of medicines, shipping, packaging and all other charges (customs duties, fines, penalties, warehousing, surcharges etc.) will have to be borne by the patient each time a consignment is dispatched from the Clinic irrespective of whether it reaches its destination or not.
- The Clinic may determine cancellation, rescheduling or forfeiture policies applicable to appointments, consultations or services. Patients are advised to clarify applicable conditions before booking appointments.
- If a patient is unavailable, unreachable or unable to attend at the scheduled consultation time, the Clinic shall not be obligated to provide a replacement consultation or refund.
- The patient shall be solely responsible for providing accurate personal information, contact details, shipping address and relevant medical information. The Clinic shall not be responsible for delays, losses or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate information provided by the patient.
- Patients residing outside India are responsible for understanding and complying with the import regulations, restrictions and legal requirements applicable in their country or region before requesting shipment of medicines.
- Medicines once dispensed, packed or shipped by the Clinic shall not be eligible for return, exchange or replacement.
- In the event of payment gateway failures, duplicate transactions or technical payment issues, the patient is advised to contact the Clinic with relevant payment details for review and resolution.
