  • The patient, guardian or attendant understands that any decisions regarding withdrawal, reduction or any changes to any other forms of treatment are being made by them. The Clinic does not suggest nor does it advise any patient to withdraw from any form of medical treatment and any decision to that effect is left solely to the discretion of the patient guardian or attendant.
  • The patient accepts and understands the risks associated with shipping medicines to different parts of India or to other countries.
  • The patient solely bears the responsibility of ensuring that all documents related to the medicines are provided if such demands are made by any relevant authority in the country or region of the patient’s residence.
  • Any additional costs like customs duty, brokerage charges etc. will have to be borne by you, the patient.
  • The Clinic reserves the right to reschedule, postpone or cancel appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances, doctor unavailability or operational requirements. Patients are advised to contact the Clinic in advance in case they are unable to attend a scheduled appointment.
  • Patients arriving substantially later than their scheduled appointment time may be required to wait, reschedule or seek another available consultation slot depending on operational feasibility.
  • The Clinic maintains a professional and respectful environment for patients, attendants, doctors and employees. Any abusive, threatening, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour towards Clinic personnel may result in refusal of service or removal from Clinic premises.
  • Patients using email consultations, video consultations or other electronic communication methods acknowledge the inherent limitations and risks associated with digital communication, including technical interruptions, delays, transmission failures and limitations in clinical assessment.
  • All content appearing on this website, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, videos, design elements and other materials, are the intellectual property of the Clinic and/or respective rights holders and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
  • The Clinic may use third party platforms or service providers for payments, communication, shipping or digital consultations. The Clinic shall not be responsible for interruptions, errors or failures caused by such external platforms or services.
  • These terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the services of the Clinic shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi, India.
