The employees of the Clinic, physicians and other staff are retained by them, with the costs borne by Dr. Kalyan Banerjee and Dr. Kushal Banerjee, personally, to assist and help as many patients as possible, every day.

One would be hard pressed to find any other practicing individual physician or clinic, in any field, in any part of the world, who is known to have treated, these many patients, for free, every working day for forty-one years, without any gratuity, grants, endowments or revenue benefits.

Dr. Kalyan Banerjee’s Clinic embodies a unique model of how a successful medical practitioner can serve society and yet provide quality of care at par or higher than normally expected while maintaining best practice standards in the chosen field.

Dr. Kalyan Banerjee and his doctors use the Advanced Homeopathy Protocol of treatment, developed by Dr. Banerjee’s family, and which has been in existence for about 90 years. Using the meticulously maintained Clinic data, Dr. Kalyan Banerjee and Dr. Kushal Banerjee have been instrumental in the continuing development of this scientific method of treatment and they are now world famous for being able to provide homeopathic prescriptions for emerging clinical entities, as well. Dr. Kalyan Banerjee and Dr. Kushal Banerjee now envision an expansion of the activities of the Clinic. Many patients are just unable to wait for the long hours required to get treatment at the Clinic, due to the sea of patients waiting to be seen by the doctors at the Clinic.

The capacity of the Clinic has been increased by an additional building. This has increased space for patients who are waiting, allowed the Clinic to deploy more doctors and decreased waiting times for medicines to be issued.

Enormous amounts of the meticulously collected and preserved Clinical data and patient records, investigative reports etc can be and are being used to conduct research into more specific formulations of disease, in addition to serving to generate valuable statistical data.
